Aaraf Ahmed is Trustee and Director of Partnerships. He is responsible for managing relationships with global partners and crowdfunding. He is the chief liaison for Bangladeshi Student Associations.

POLICY RESEARCH

Aftab Ahmed is Trustee and Director of Policy Research. He is responsible for all programs under our research pillar. He is the chief liason for universities, colleges and Editor-in-Chief of Impact Ink.

COMMUNITY BUILDING

Ahnaf Rahman is Manager for the Impact Social Program under the Community Building pillar. He is responsible for one Impact Social every quarter to convene change-makers in the social impact space.

STRATEGY

Anil Wasif is Trustee & Director of Strategy. He is responsible for managing the executive team, finances and talent development. He is the Official Civil Society Representative to the United Nations and the World Bank.

POLICY RESEARCH

Aditi Zahir manages the Policy Brief program under the Policy Research Pillar. She is responsible for the curation, publication and dissemination of our annual policy brief, authored by our policy researchers.

COMMUNICATION

Apanuba Puhama is Content Lead. She is responsible for managing all social media channels and creating engaging content to share our story to the world. She helps develop the annual communications plan.

COMMUNICATIONS

Azkka Noor is Communications & Outreach Lead. She is responsible for bacharlorai.com. and our quarterly newsletter. She support content curation and helps develop the annual communications plan.

STRATEGY

Fairud Zaman is a Community Building Intern. He is responsible for keeping track of finances and for the quarterly financial outlook on behalf of the Strategy team. He also a youth representative at public events.

OPERATIONS

Farhim Zaman is Trustee and Director of Operations. He is responsible for administration, procurement, technology and day-to-day operations. He is the chief liason for tech companies, and industry.

SIGNATURE INITIATIVES

Madhuri Kibria is acting Program Manager for the Global Impact Fellowship under the Signature Initiative Pillar. She is responsible for the development of our fellows and success of their Global Impact Projects.

COMMUNITY BUILDING

María Alejandra Guardado is Manager for the UN Advocacy Program under the Community Building Pillar. She is responsible for our panels during the UN General Assembly and the UN Commission on the Status of Women.

SIGNATURE INITIATIVES

Nimet Aysan is a Community Building Intern. She is currently supporting the Global Impact Fellowship program, and is responsible for administration and operations to ensure a world-class experience for our Fellows.

OPERATIONS

Nusaira Ferdous is a Community Building Intern. She is responsible for supporting administration and Google Workspace management on behalf of the Operations team. She also supports fundraising.

COMMUNITY BUILDING

Sreya Tahsin manages the Youth Workshops program under the Community Building Pillar. Sreya is responsible for co-designing and organizing four workshops for our communities every year.

Sudipta Saha is Partnerships Manager. She works with the Director of Partnerships to manage day-to-day affairs and liason with our global partners, with a focus on Bangaldeshi Student Associations.

SIGNATURE INITIATIVES

Tasnia Khandaker is Manager for the Humanitarian Aid Program under the Signature Initiative pillar. She is responsible for delivering one aid project quarterly to directly benefit Bangladeshis in need.

COMMUNICATIONS

Tahmid Khan is Trustee and Director of Communications. He is responsible for social media, public relations, news media and outreach. He is the Official Representative to the UN Department of Global Communications.

SIGNATURE INITIATIVES

Talha Khan is Trustee and Director of Signature Initiatives. He is responsible for all programs touching humanitarian aid. He is chief liaison for Bangladesh-based NGOs and the banking industry.

POLICY RESEARCH

Wardah Malik is responsible for Manager and Editor-In-Chief for the Impact Ink program under our Policy Research Pillar. She is responsible for delivering at least six policy publications every year.
