The Global Impact Fellowship
The Global Impact Fellowship is an 8-month long transformative program designed for youth aged 18 - 25, aiming to cultivate the next generation of leaders in social impact.
The program aims to give the selected fellows a deeper understanding of all aspects of development and social impact work conducted by BacharLorai through the provision of professional development workshops and networking and collaborative opportunities.
The fellowship is one of BL’s flagship programs that sits under the Signature Initiatives strategic pillar
The fellowship will offer hands-on experience in the project management, communications, fundraising and advocacy through a range of activities, all concluding with a UN SDG-aligned major capstone project that ties all of the learnings together - the Global Impact Project.
Fellows will engage in capacity-building workshops, connect with international experts, and participate in networking opportunities to enhance their career prospects.
The fellowship structure blends practical experience with expert professional guidance to provide the fellows with realistic and transferrable project development skills in the social impact sphere.
Upon the conclusion of our fellowship, we wish to equip our cohort of aspiring researchers, policymakers, public servants, and social work and development practitioners with the key tools required to reach their goals.
